Most of the time you will find that, in order to create a combined mechanical and electrical company, either a mechanical company has bought an electrical company or vice versa and therefore the people running the company will only be specialised in half of its day to day operations.

We only specialise in mechanical services but we work in close partnership with one local electrical contractor. This way we can provide the close integration associated with a combined company but with the individual specialisation of each field.

Bailey are happy to run the whole project, taking responsibility for both the Mechanical and Electrical elements, utilising our team of highly professional electrical sub-contractors.
