June 2010
This month we carried out the general plumbing & sanitary ware installation for Homelodge Buildings on their Hillyfield School project (walthamston E17).
Also this month we have carried out several bath refit outs for a local builder within the Grantham area and we have also seen a large in cease in the amount of power flushing work on the domestic side of our business.
May 2010
During this month working with Ice Energy we carried out the first retro fit of a ground source heat pump for Moat Housing Association into their housing stock. We already have 24no heat pumps up and running for Moat @ the Southchase development in Harlow.
As you can see by the photographs we can install the heat pump in the tightest of places, allowing enough access for future maintenance and minimum disruption within the property. On this project we used a bore hole to minimise the external works, within the well established garden.

April 2010
During this month working with Futureform Design & Build Ltd, we carried out the electrical and mechanical site connections and testing on Cube Housing Solutions 3 bedroom house, the UK’s first ever detached Code 5, NHBC Building Regulation Type Approved modular housing solution at BRE Innovation Centre.
Also working with Futureform Ltd we installed a "Cub" home in the excel centre London for the Grand designs Live show !!

During this month we carried out numerous central heating upgrades and replacement boilers, following the government scrap age scheme been launched.
Also this month Bailey Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd has agreed to a partnership with ground source heat pump, market leaders, Ice Energy.

January / February 2010
Due to the very cold spell, our site work slowed down as the main contractors could not build. So we turned our attention to carrying out reactive maintenance in and around the Grantham area (our office base).
December 2009
Having now commission and tested on time 26 apartments and 1 two bedroom house for Southchase Newhall Ltd on their award winning site @ Harlow Essex, our focus has now turned to completing the selection of 2/3/4 bedroom houses on the remaining plots.
Also this month we completed the mechanical works within a small lodge for Homelodge Buildings Ltd on a project near Thetford Norfolk.
Novemember 2009
Having completed 11 houses early in the summer this year for Futureform Ltd on there Dowsett Road project in Tottenham London, we have just carried out the site connections, testing and commissioning on the Estate Service Lodge on the same project.
